JoAn started Pearl Information Services in 2000 recognizing the increasing need for "information guides" and the value of finding key intelligence in the ever-expanding amount of data.

JoAn uses her business research skills to help clients obtain information on:

Starting as a research assistant for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate in Washington DC after graduating from the University of Southern Maine, JoAn Street has continued her passion for discovering obscure but vital information, strongly believing that "Knowledge is Power"

Her eight years with Dupont Pharmaceuticals in the Sales and Marketing division sharpened her analytical skills and increased her appreciation for the importance of quality information in business intelligence and strategic planning.

JoAn is a member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals, The Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals, Special Libraries Association, The Public Record Retrievers Network, The Maine Association of Professional Consultants, and New England Online Users Group.
